At Philea, our work is driven by a clear and compelling vision: to help shape a pluralistic, just, and resilient society that prioritises both people and the planet. This vision is anchored in our mission to empower the philanthropic community to build a better present and future.
We believe that meaningful change comes through collective action and shared knowledge. Our approach is rooted in collaboration – co-creating insights, addressing emerging challenges together, and fostering environments that enable good to flourish.
Our values guide everything we do. Trust forms the foundation of our relationships, both within our organisation and across the sector. Clusters
To help us achieve our mission, the work of Philea is divided across 6 clusters, each with its own dedicated team working on the activities of the cluster.
These clusters are:

- Connect - Focus on collaboration, networking and convening
- Enable - Focus on advocacy and policy engagement
- Amplify - Focus on communicating about philanthropy
- Anticipate - Focus on sensemaking, bridgebuilding and incubation
- Know - Focus on data and knowledge
