Launch of a new staff appraisal process

We undertook a new appraisal process to evaluate our staff’s job performance, focusing on strengths, areas for improvement and future development goals. The assessment ensured alignment with organisational values and helped promote professional growth. The primary goal of the appraisal process was to evaluate individual performances, attitudes and adherence to our organisational culture. By providing structured feedback, our team received guidance for professional development, while the organisation ensured a fair and transparent approach to salary adjustments and promotions. For the first time, we also introduced a 360° feedback exercise for our managers.

Strengthening knowledge management and internal collaboration

Efficient knowledge management is the backbone of any knowledge-driven organisation. This year, we enhanced our Odoo platform by introducing new modules, including Knowledge/Intranet development, CRM, Helpdesk and Good Stories. These efforts were complemented by tutorials to facilitate their integration and best uses.

To maintain data integrity, we organised two dedicated cleaning days, while policy documents on publications and confidentiality, as well as interactive quizzes, reinforced best practices. Our four Knowledge Management Circle meetings fostered internal dialogue on knowledge-sharing strategies, and surveys on IT needs and internal communications provided crucial feedback to help us improve.
